Returns/Exchanges

If an order is returned to us, and it is the mistake of Gromville, we will ship your order back to you at our cost. If an order is returned to us for a mistake on the clients part, the client will be responsible for paying for the return shipping back to the client. No refunds for returned merchandise will be given.

We do accept returns on new clothing and shoes only. The item must be returned to us in the condition it was received. You will be issued a store credit, minus our shipping cost to you. You must contact us within 5 days of receipt to qualify for a return.
